Welcome to Farmer Co-op LLC! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online ordering platform, and all related services (the “Service”) provided by Farmer Co-op LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our Services, you confirm that you have met this requirement.

2. Ordering & Payment: All orders must be placed online through our website. Payment is due on Saturday at 1:00 pm. This will be an automatic payment at this time. We accept any brand of credit or debit card. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Delivery: We deliver directly to your address on a weekly basis (dependent upon your order being placed and payment confirmed). Delivery times and windows may vary. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide a cooler for your delivery. We are not responsible for items after delivery is completed.

4. Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature on our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may issue a refund,credit, or replacement at our discretion.

5. Communications: By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us via email, and/or text messaging regarding your orders, account, and updates. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Product Availability and Substitutions: All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or credit.

7. Privacy: Your personal information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order. Please review our privacy policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmer Co-op LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continues use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
